Monica S.5.0: My husband is constantly on his computer iPad or phone and the need to support his eyes is very important. He’s exposed all day and night to blue light so having these glasses have been a true eye and sight saver. He’s mentioned less headaches and eye strain when reading. They also look very good and are flattering on him. He’s had zero issues with the frames slipping which is a plus.
Justin Biddle2.0: Do not buy if your primary location for use has a light source behind you. I liked these blue-blocking glasses at first. At home and in the evening using my laptop and monitor on my desk or my phone in hand without any ambient light I could tell a beneficial difference; however at my office where I spend most of my time on devices and where I have a window at my back and the inability to rearrange my employer’s digs there is a very bad glare (see images). It’s so distracting that I just can’t wear them at work. Home use only for me where I can control the ambient light.
Buyer2.0: I did several tests to see if it blocked blue light or not and concluded that it definitely doesn’t. It blocks UV light pretty well but there is no UV light from a PC screen.
Scott5.0: I’m not even sure why he orders them except that his face is in a screen all the time. I think he also feels they add a certain flare to his look. But they are a little ‘Harry Potterish.’ For the price you can’t go wrong. If they get lost or broken he just gets another pair. And if they make him happy it’s well worth the cost. I am sure I’ll be buying more in the future but that’s only because he can be a little careless – nothing to do with the product itself.
Patrick S2.0: I like the style and the way the glasses block blue light but the cheap lenses cause a bit of blurriness when looking at my computer monitor. It’s enough to be irritating so I can’t wear these.
