I am actually taking this vitamin even though I am not pregnantafter reading that it is good for your hair skin and nails because it has high dosage than the ordinary vitamins. It has also increased my appetite so it is good for me.

Mind the dosing recommendation: at least one capsule twice daily. This makes 180 count into 90 or even less. This is a sort of a scam indeed!

I noticed another customer mentioned inaccurate label & I wanted to add more to that. My bottle says Vitamin K (as phytonadione) 30 mcg 38% while the ad doesn’t mention it on their label. My bottle says Iodine (as kelp powder potassium iodide) 150 mcg 100% ad shows Iodine (from Pacific Kelp powder) 25 mcg 17%. The vit. E is d-alpha tocopheryl succinate. The ad claims the Copper Zinc & boron are all “as amino acid chelate” which I want but on the bottle only the Copper is; the Zinc is ‘zinc bisglycinate chelate’ & there is NO boron as there is no chromium although the ad says there is. The molybdenum is also different with the bottle being ‘sodium molybdenum’ instead of molybdenum triturate. There are other differences as well so the label in ad is apparently from earlier version of product. It makes me nervous when the actual labels differ from those advertised however I have used this product for a year now (prenatals are better for hair & fingernails than regular vitamins-I am an old lady not pregnant) & am satisfied with them. My husband started using them 6 months before me & still uses them. We feel our thinning hair is getting thicker & filling in at the temples again. There is no nausea although I take them along with other supplements & medications just BEFORE I eat. If I take them after I eat I get heartburn.
