You should take both of them!It helps a lot to improve my concentration and I feel less tired during the day by using them.According to the ingredients it contains all the nutrients body needs.It can boost the daily function and prevent hair loss.Also it replaces iron and vitamin Bs.It also contains Biotin for skin health zinc for hair health and selenium for nail health.It taste nice and no smell.So far I love it.

These do make an improvement to your hair and nails. However they make you feel extremely bloated and though you might not out 2 and 2 together at first prepare for some water retention and possible weight gain.I’m a really active person with a healthy diet and regular workouts. Wierd how after signing up to these I felt my body slowly rebel! Anyway it might work for some but it’s not a necessity there are too many vitamins that you don’t need especially if you have a healthy diet. It will just flush straight out etc.Unfortunately I would not recommend for long term use…

I always take good quality multivitamins but for years my nails were splitting and my hair wouldn’t grow. I’ve known about Perfectil for donkeys years but never saw them as extra special. Oh boy was I sooo wrong! Within a month of using them my nails improved and wow my hair is growing at a rate of knots 😂😂😂.Yes yes yes they really work. BUT it is only the Perfectil. Max that worked for me. Not the others. I had to step up to these to get results. But YES they do work

I started taking this product some time ago as my nails were really soft easily broke and very thin. Over the past months they have become increasingly much stronger and I can now go a few weeks between manicures. Although I continue to have them gelled they are 200% stronger and are far less likely to break even though I regularly have them In water.

Arrived with the new blue packaging instead of the red packaging that I had before. I suppose there’s not much different from the original one. Though the nutrition information of “providing lutein” is now only 3mg comparing to 6mg on the old packaging.Also with 2+ years best before . It’s a good purchase. But gonna take some time to see if any result from it.
