Myra View5.0: A couple years ago I was having some knee pain and getting ready to have a CT scan. A friend of mine told me to try this bromelain and I Googled it and there’s a study done in Maryland that says taking 2000 mg a day is really great for inflammation. By day four I didn’t need the CT scan anymore my knee was fine. It’s been a couple years and my knee hasn’t acted up so I’m not telling anybody to ignore medical advice I just didn’t feel I needed it anymore since I could bend it again. I always keep this on hand for running injuries walking injuries surgeries and it helps with digestion a bit too. All around it’s a pretty great supplement and if you want to know more about it Google it and find the article from the University of Maryland It’s a very interesting.
M Acevedo1.0: I normally get this and it works great for inflammation and allergies. Unfortunately when I opened it the smell was sooo bad!! It smelled like someone’s bum after sweating without a shower for days. I’ve been taking this product for years and it normally has a subtle pineapple smell. I even had my husband smell it. He said it stunk and his sniffer is not the best. I’m not sure if it got too hot while in shipment or if it came from the manufacturer like that.
M A Sletten2.0: I purchased this for a plastic surgery but read that one of the benefits was also pain relief. For whatever reasons this product didn’t work for the reason purchased. It very possibly could be me. It is supposed to help with bruising and swelling after surgery but I am over 3 weeks after surgery and still have bruising and considerable swelling. The norm without supplements is 1-2 weeks. I also haven’t noticed any pain benefit. Like I said I could be the outlier as it seems to be very beneficial to others
Scupper5.0: I’ve found Source Naturals Bromelain to work the best for me in controlling acid reflux. I’ve tried other brands but Source Naturals provides relief like no other.
cenerentola3.0: I got Bromelain tablets to reduce occasional water retention and also for its inflammatory properties. I haven’t been using it very regularly so I cannot say anything about the efficacy. The tablets are fairly small an have a scent of pineapple. It’s easy to swallow.
