I have a problem with high variations of oxygen levels during sleep as indicated by my fitbit watch. You can see after a week of using Manganese that the problem is gone. Your mileage may vary.

It’s easy to get too much manganese so I appreciate you can easy cut this into halves or quarters with a pill cutter. If manganese has been helping you but you suddenly get REALLY angry or depressed for some days in a row stop taking it because you’re topped off. The 10mg in one pill is a lot it would not be weird if you only need 1/4th a tablet per day.

My husband’s elbow had been hurting for months. He had been wearing a brace because it hurt to move it. One day he was at the store and a man saw his brace and asked about his elbow and recommended he try taking Manganese. After about a week he quit wearing the brace and said it does not even hurt anymore. That man was a blessing to my husband that day. I have read that you can take too much and I think it said that a grown man should take no more than 3.?MG a day. He has stopped taking this because his pain is gone and this one is 10mg. Hopefully the pain does not return.

Has made such a difference in the quality of my Nails! No more ridges or grooves! Plus they don’t break as easily! I don’t eat green leafy veggies every day so this has really helped to keep my nails looking normal!

This product took away all symptoms of trigger finger. I never considered that I had a manganese deficiency and that anything would take away my trigger fingers and finger lock ups. Try it if you have trigger finger. IT WORKS!!!
