Belbin2.0: If you are planning to take these or any other Vitamin K MK7 tablets just be mindful that you may experience some side effects. Not everyone does but I did. 3 tablets in I had a racing heartbeat splitting headache and an increase in my blood pressure and anxiety. Given that nothing in my life had changedapart from starting the tablets I put it down to them. I stopped and around 2 days later the symptoms abated. I also posted what had happened on the National Osteoporosis website. And it seems that whilst not common (around 10% of people have a sensitivity to MK7) I was not alone. Solgar are a reputable company and I have no issue with their product. None at all. It would have happened with whatever tablet I took. Just thought people need to be aware.
E. Yule5.0: My blood tests showed normal calcium levels yet I was diagnosed with osteoporosis which meant my body wasn’t absorbing the calcium and utilising it the way it needed to. Thank goodness for Vit K2! Solgar have the highest quality in my opinion.

Andrea M.3.0: Normally I take this vitamin without any problems but I had a pill that I felt very hard in my mouth I took it out and it was different from the others dark and very very hard. I opened it out of curiosity. I don’t understand why considering that all the others are in the same bottle that expires in 2023 and are “healthy”.
