I have a persistent cough that I can’t shake unless I’m using this GSE. Works as a vegetable rinse mouth gargle etc. Dilute 10 drops daily in orange juice (I use mango juice…mmmm!) for several days and start feeling better. I’ve used this GSE brand for years; I trust it!
