This product does work for me I already lost 15 pounds and counting. Now do not think you use this and a magical wand is going to make you look 100 pounds lighter. I work out change my diet and by doing this you will see the results but that is with anything even without using these supplements. These are here to just help you along the way of your journey to being a healthy you. You have to put in what you get out of it. Also as other people stated these do give you energy as much as a cup of Joe but maybe even more. Throughout the day you feel that energy they don’t make you feel jittery or sick but it is true that do not take these closer to bed time because they will keep you up at night unless that is something you want to do. I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon or reverse it and sometimes for the heavy days I take 2 in the morning and two in the later afternoon like 5pm for vamp workout. Overall they work for me no after taste or jitters they give you energy just make sure you drink lots and lots of water and believe me you will go to bathroom a lot trust me on this. It is good it is flushing out the toxins and the water weight. I started with the 30-day count because I wanted to see if these work for me. Now I bought the 90 count and as time go on I will up the count until I get results that want.

I use to take these pills years ago but I worked out too and lost 50 pounds then I regain the pounds over the years. I ordered these pills again. The first day I got dizzy and sick taking it but by the second day I felt fine just take it with a meal so it won’t give you side effects. The pills are very large so I thought I can’t swallow them. I just really don’t like those big green pills. I hope they can make smaller soft gels. Update I lost 16 pounds and still losing they work.

I have use these pills on three different Days1st Day I took one pill in the morning for that day and it made me feel anxious and nauseous And it felt like it increased my heart rate and made my head hurtThe second day I took 1 pill right before going to bed I felt ok in the morning and I went about my day as usualThe 3rd day I took 2 pills in the after noon right after I ate and the same Anxious feeling nauseous feeling even when I worked out it was moreNoticeable after each workout. TheSe weight loss pills are not for me they might have too muchCaffeine in them for me for the reaction that I’m having Is not a nice feeling so I will discontinue using this pills. I have used an older version of the product and it worked well. So i am trying these out. Currently i have not noticed any differences and can not tell if they are working. So i will edit it again after a couple weeks. I will say though that these capsules are huge. So if you have difficulty with taking large pills these are not for you.
