I’m a female in my late 30’s gained a few pounds and really trying to change my eating life-style. I noticed mid-cycle to end I was extremely bloated looking for something to keep my water weight down. I read the reviews and didn’t have too much expectation but figured I’d start with with natural first. I noticed a drastic difference. I take these daily (usually not 3x a day maybe once maybe twice). And my water weight definitely dropped. I just feel healthier and it feels I’m cycling liquids better (instead of holding onto all that water weight). I weigh myself daily. With this product my weigh ins are more consistent (not gaining 4lbs in a day from eating a pretzel due to sodium/water weight). I’m definitely pleased with this product and will continue to purchase.

I was having problems with constant urination day and night. After reading the ingredient list here & other reviews I decided to give this diuretic a try & am so glad for doing so! It took 2 weeks to stop urinating so often especially out in public. It was so bad that I couldn’t go out to the store without running to find a restroom every 20 minutes. Now I have normal urine flow am not having problems & will continue to order this product for however long Amazon carries it.

This item was not at all what I had hoped for and had no effect other than it seemed to effect my mood negatively so I quit taking it after a couple weeks. I would not buy it again.
